If you are planning on staying in a Deluxe Disney property anytime soon, you might want to check out Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.  We had the joy of visiting and staying at this resort during Disney’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. See more about our full trip of fun HERE.
About the Resort & Amenities
My goodness this place is a beauty. The whole resort has touches of nautical sophistication while still keeping the “family friendly” vibes. A couple could spend a week here the same as a multi kid family.  They did an amazing job tying the adventurous and nautical appeal with comfort and magic for anyone.

Shoutout to the cast members that greet you with joy and are so helpful! The front desk was super helpful, and the housekeeping of the room was so great! They even did little surprises with the towels adding to the fun!

The decor of the Resort and the rooms are so pretty! Updated within the last couple of years, we loved the nautical theme and always keeping an eye out for the hidden Mickeys!
We loved that it is located just a hop, skip and a jump from the France side entrance of Epcot’s World Showcase. This alone made the location a dream since we were visiting Epcot frequently through the trip. It was only a minimal walk to the Remy’s Ratatouille attraction. See all about our preview of Remy’s Ratatouille HERE
Again, we were only a short walk to Disney’s Skyliner Aerial Gondolas which connects to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, many Disney Resorts and more. As well, we took advantage of the boat ride over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Staying in the resort, we had a beautiful view of Crescent Lake, Disney’s Boardwalk and when we were out at night or on the balcony, caught a glimpse of Epot’s Harmonious nighttime spectacular. We were located right next to the sister resort called Disney’s Beach Club Resort.
The outdoor water recreation area is *chefs kiss*. It is a 3-acre water wonderland of fun. There are plenty of lounge areas, a life shipwreck, pools, lagoons, lazy river and a mini beach along Stormalong Bay. Once we are back to visit again, spending a full day here will be a blast.
Being a family that travels with our pets, I was so excited to hear they are dog friendly! If you love to travel with your dogs like we do, be sure to contact them and see how to add your dog to your room.
You can also find a Steakhouse available on site. We had a delicious late-night dinner delivered right to our room! Nothing quite like watching the lake water glisten, listening to Harmonious and enjoying a meal on your balcony.
Some of our favorite views from the resort were simply from our balcony. The beautiful lighthouse by Crescent Lake. Disney’s Boardwalk glowing lights at night. The morning sunrise over the gardens of the resort.
All in all, there is so much offered at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and it is for sure on our must stay at again list. For the full details and amenities, head here.

We’ve never been to Disney. But if we do go, I’d love to stay at that resort. Looks like a wonderful place to stay.
