Pulled Jackfruit & Creamy Coleslaw Sandwich Recipe:
Jackfruit prepared with your favorite BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup shredded green cabbage
¼ cup Hellmann’s Vegan Dressing & Spread
Juice from a lime
Salt & pepper to taste
1.HEAT shredded jackfruit & olive oil in a pan over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until Jackfruit is hot and starting to brown. Add BBQ sauce of choice and let simmer for additional 5-10 minutes until softened.
2.TOSS cabbage, lime juice, Hellmann’s Vegan Dressing & Spread, salt & pepper in a medium bowl.
3.PREPARE - Layer Jackfruit on bottom bun. Top with coleslaw mix. Add other toppings if desired (extra Hellmann’s Vegan Dressing & Spread, pickles, etc.).
