We stocked up on some amazing fruit and veggie finds with a recent grocery haul. Turning those superfoods into fun and delicious treats can be a challenge sometimes for our household.

With all these fresh and ripe strawberries at my use, I got to work using our Almond Cow making this Strawberry Beetroot Almond Milk.

Being plant-based, I had wanted an Almond Cow to add to our kitchen tools. Danny surprised me with one and I have been hooked. You can literally milk any nut, seed, or grain of your liking. So many unique recipe options too including lemonade, juices and lattes. Plus, you can use the leftover pulp for a nutrient-rich, zero waste treat - turning the pulp into flour for baked goods, smoothies, or enjoy it by itself as a delicious pulpmeal bowl.

I love that making your own plant milk means you never need additives, fillers or questionable ingredients!
