Vanilla Bean Maple Nicecream

Rich, warm maple meets velvety, cool vanilla in this ridiculously easy dessert. If you have overripe bananas sitting on your counter, don’t throw them out. Turn them into this dairy-free nicecream that is perfect for Summer dessert or as an anytime treat!

We use the Ninja Creami for making our Vanilla Bean Maple Nicecream but use this alternative if you do not have one:
Slice bananas into 1/4inch thick coin shapes. Place on a parchment lined sheet and freeze. Blend with the other ingredients listed and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 6 ripe Organic Bananas
- ¼ tsp Organic Vanilla Bean Powder
- 1 Tbsp Organic Pure Maple Syrup

1 Cup Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk
Optional ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Organic Granulated Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Organic Almond Butter
- Pinch of Spring Salt
- Toppings such as fresh fruit, grated carob, olive oil, dye-free sprinkles, organic nuts, anything you like!
If using the Ninja Creami, prep your container with the ingredients and freeze 24 hours before making. Follow the Ninja Creami directions, scoop, and enjoy the creamy deliciousness!
